Having pursued engineering and with plans to be an entrepreneur, we advice you to pursue a programme in Business Administration, since you already have a technical degree. You can also consider Entrepreneuship Management programmes offered by Entrepreneurship Development Institute, as well.

As far as dual/ double degrees from US are concerned, we are not sure how good the prospects are.
