Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore also known as KCT Coimbatore is a private institution which was established in 1984 under the guidance of the Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation. KCT UG courses consist of a B.E/ B.Tech degree in 15 different specialisations and the KCT PG courses consist of 14 specialisation programmes in M.E/ M.Tech, MBA and MCA degree courses. KCT doctoral courses are offered in Ph.D degree programmes with 12 research specialisations. According to the data provided by the NIRF ‘2023’, over 1200 students were placed in the KCT Coimbatore placements 2022 with a median salary package of Rs 4,00,000 per annum. Some of the top recruiters are Directi, Byju’s, Bosch, Jockey, Decathlon, Amazon and more that participate in the KCT placements drives.
Kumaraguru College of Technology has been approved by All Indian Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and it also ranked 90th amongst engineering institutions, in NIRF rankings of 2021. KCT Coimbatore is also affiliated to Anna University. KCT infrastructure is built over an area of approximately 156 acres which encompasses all of its academic buildings, administrative blocks, hostels, library, laboratories and more. KCT facilities consist of separate hostels for male and female students, indoor games and outdoor sports facilities, a library, auditoriums for seminars/conferences, computing facilities, a cafeteria, and medical facilities and more available at KCT campus for the students and staff.

Mahalingam, the founder and Chairman of Sakthi Group and KCT, instituted the annual Mahatma Gandhi Merit Scholarship Awards to encourage students in pursuing higher education. On 23rd March 2018, 60 students from KCT Business School received the Mahatma Gandhi Merit Scholarship worth Rs. 6,00,000. Our KCT college has all necessary infrastructure, in fact all that a student would dream of. Huge sports grounds, auditoriums, smart classrooms, library with modern technology. Food court with tastiest food.

College Infrastructure
Our college infrastructure is excellent and it has all the necessities like wifi and etc,. Our classrooms have good atmosphere and it has smart board facilities for the lecturers. Coming to the library, we have all books we needed for the curriculum. The food is tasty and hygienic.

College Infrastructure
Our campus is really excellent, with best sports facilities and building structure is one of the best in coimbatore region. Hostel is good, food court, canteen run by the students is there which gives good experience. Library is also very good. Wifi, smart board enabled classrooms.
