An International Conference on Data Acquisition, Processing and Communication will be taking place on the MVSREC campus in March, 2024.
There will be a Conference on Recent Advances In Sustainable Engineering and Future Technologies which will be held in December, 2024 at the MVSREC college.
Maturi Venkata Subba Rao Engineering College, Hyderabad widely known as MVSREC Hyderabad was established in the year 1981. MVSREC courses offer 15 programmes in the BE/ B.Tech, ME/ M.Tech and MBA degree courses in the fields of Engineering & Architecture, and Management & Business Administration. For MVSREC admissions the institute accepts TS EAMCET, TS PGECET, GATE and TS ICET entrance examinations followed by a counselling round. According to the placements data provided by the NIRF, about 835 students were placed in the MVSREC placements drive 2022.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is decent. Labs have all the equipment required for the curriculum but some are worn out. Computer Labs have very old computers and slow processors. Classrooms are equipped with projectors.

College is neat and clean,good ambience, big playground but classroom infrastructure is not good and poor bench quality. They are not providing good computers for lab sessions . It's very hard to compile programs on slow computers. But in other labs we have good new computer

CSE is the most preferred branch these days. The closing rank for SC is below 20,000 for MVSR. For your rank you have chances to get Computer Science and Engineering at the below mentioned colleges given with the tution fee per year,
