Training period: Selected Diploma Trainees and Jr. Technician Trainees shall undergo training for a period of one year at Power Grid sites and training institutes. They will be required to execute a service agreement bond (Diploma Trainee: Rs.50,000 for UR./ OBC (NCL), Rs.25,000 for SC/ST/PH and for Jr. Technician Trainee:Rs.25,000 for UR./OBC(NCL), Rs.12,000 for SC/ST/PH) to successfully complete the prescribed training period and thereafter serve the organisation for at least three years.
Emoluments: Offers Basic Pay, DA, HRA, CCA and other allowances, benefits in terms of monthly conveyance reimbursement, medical facilities, various insurance covers, LTC, transmission incentive, leave encashment, CPF, Gratuity, and various low-interest short/long term advances, etc. to its regular employees.
Application Fee: Application fee of Rs.200 in case of Diploma Trainee, and Rs.100 in case of Assistant (Finance) and Jr. Technician Trainee in the from of Crossed Bank Draft favouring ‘Power Grid Corporation of India Limited’ payable at Nagpur.
Note: SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
