XLRI announces admission to its academic programmes in Business Management, Human Resource Management, General Management and Fellow Programme in Management through XAT 2011.

Programmes offered at XLRI:

1. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in

• Business Management (BM)
• Human resource Management (HRM)

Eligibility: Candidates who have completed Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years duration or equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university or deemed university are eligible to apply. Those completing their final examination by June 10, 2011 may also apply.

2. One year General Management Programme

Eligibility: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s  degree of minimum three years duration in any discipline from a recognized university or deemed university in a full time job and must have at least five years of relevant managerial experience as on March 31, 2011 after completion of graduation.

3.  Four year Fellow Programme in Management

Eligibility: Candidates should have Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST candidates) with the Bachelor’s degree / equivalent Qualification with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after a minimum of 10+2+3 years of education or a professional qualification like CA/ ICWA/ CS with at least 55% marks  (50% for SC/ST candidates)

OR

BE/ BTech degree or equivalent with at least 60% marks ( 50% for SC/ ST candidates) and two years of relevant work experience.

Register Online and obtain XAT bulletin from Axis bank:
After completing the registration, download the XAT pay-in-slip. A non-refundable amount of Rs. 900/- is to be tendered to obtain XAT Bulletin 2011 from select branches of Axis Bank. The detachable form given inside the bulletin is to be filled-up and sent to XAT office along with the XLRI’s copy of XAT pay-in-slip (signed and sealed by Axis Bank while buying the bulletin)

OR

Obtain XAT Bulletin from XAT Office, XLRI Jamshedpur and procedure for XAT Registration:
 Register for XAT after obtaining a demand Draft  for Rs. 950/- drawn in favour of ‘XLRI Jamshedpur A/c XAT’ payable at Jamshedpur and then register for XAT. Send the XAT PP form (that is to be downloaded after registering for XAT) along with the DD to:

Note: The XAT office will dispatch the Bulletin to the candidate on receiving the form and demand draft.

OR                                                      

Obtain XAT bulletin by online payment:
Register for XAT after making an online payment using credit card/ debit card/ net banking for an amount of Rs. 950/- He/ She then has to send the XATPP form  (that is to be downloaded after registering for XAT) along with transaction receipt to:
