  • This is a good list of popular job sites in India, but readers shouldn't take them too seriously as networking is still the best option for new job-seekers. Having burnt my fingers thrice in the last 5 yrs after availing of paid Resume Devt & flash services from the top three job sites listed here, I observed subsequently that the Resumes and Cover Letters had been grossly plagiarized by these reputed sites !!! I came across verbatim Cover Letters (for which these sites charge 100s, besides 1000s for Resume devt.) on the web which were posted much earlier, confirming these were plagiarized by these job-site execs. Hence, I would advise freshers and experienced job-seekers alike to do their own research and consult their peers and colleagues to shape their Resume to focus on their strengths, as availing of paid services from the job-sites is a waste of money. I got more interview calls and offers after I fine-tuned my Resume myself after consulting well-wishers and ex-colleagues, and my own research on the web, than from the so-called "professionally" developed Resume / Cover Letter from these popular job-sites.
