  • MJCET has stopped all increments of faculty, cancelled the scales, regularization of faculty also being cancelled, the new faculty who joined are paid consolidate pay although they were selected through University Selection Pannel, MJCET faculty are effective and good, managment of this college exploits the faculty blood.
