Eligibility:

- Dy. GM/Sr. Manager-HVAC Design: B.E. in Mechanical with 10-15 years experience in real estate consulting firm. Well versed with HVAC Design of large commercial and multiplexes. The candidate should have knowledge of related design software such as HAP, etc for HVAC application, should be able to independently design, have carried out chiller selections as well as low side distribution, ventilation including green building design features.
- Dy. GM/Sr. Manager-Plumbing & FF (PHE): B.E. in Civil or Mechanical with 10-15 years experience in Consulting/Real Estate firm. Should have carried out independent design of external master planning of drainage, sewage, water supply system, STP, RWH, WTP, internal plumbing as well as fire-fighting system of large commercial complexes, Malls, SEZs and residential townships. Should be well-versed in building safety norms.
- A.G.M./D.G.M.-Legal (Liasoning): Law graduate with 20-25 years experience in Liasoning with different Govt. authorities and local administration.
- A.G.M./D.G.M-Legal (Commercial Sales and Marketing): Law graduate with 10-15 years in real estate company/ law firm with proven track record in to Lease/ Lease deeds/ sales for commercial properties.
- D.G.M./A.G.M.- Finance: CA/MBA with 8-10 years experience with reputed organization. Should be conversant in various facets of raising finance from banks/financial institutions.
- D.G.M. / A.G.M.-Accounts: CA with 8-10 years experience, preferably in real estate.
- D.G.M. / A.G.M-Internal Audit: CA with 8-10 years experience in internal audit function. Should have analytical abilities and add value to business.
Unitech Property Management Pvt. Ltd.
- Dy. GM/ Sr. Manager- Fire & Safety: B.E./ Diploma in Mechanical with specialized course in fire-fighting from a good institution. Should have 10-15 years experience in installation, commissioning and operation of fire-fighting equipments including sprinkler systems, automatic/manual heat/ smoke detection system in multi-storey buildings and basements.
- Dy. GM/Sr. Manager- Housekeeping Operations: Hotel Management graduate with 8-12 years experience in hospitality sector. Should be competent in managing a team.
- Sr. Manager/ Manager-Estate: Hotel management graduate with 8-12 years of experience in reputed hotels.
