Eligibility:
For LLB-LLM (Dual Degree):
- Should have passed under graduate course (10+2+3) or (10+2+4) in any discipline from recognized University securing minimum 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of reserved categories, i.e. SC / ST / Persons with Disability).
- The candidates appeared/ appearing for final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible subject to the condition that he / she should have passed with minimum prescribed marks at the time of counseling.
For LLM Maritime Law:
- Passed the LL.B / BL degree or an equivalent degree from a recognized University with not less than 55% marks in the aggregate (50% in case of reserved categories, i.e. SC / ST / Persons with Disability).
- Candidates appeared/appearing for final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible subject to the condition that he / she should have passed with minimum prescribed marks at the time of counseling.
Selection process:
- For LLB-LLM (Dual Degree): Must qualify the ‘APULCET (Dual Degree) 2012’ to be conducted by the University on June 24, 2012. Candidates must secure minimum 40% marks in the entrance test. For SC / ST candidates the qualifying marks are 35%. Qualified candidates will be selected on the basis of merit.
- For LLM Maritime Law: Must qualify the ‘APULCET (PG) ‐2012’ to be conducted by the University on 24th June 2012.
