This thing was happened due to neigelgnce .and the bank is responsible for it .mr. gopal singh is a victim .he does the perfect thing by lodging a complain to the police station but there is a big question mark .what are the cops going to do we all are quite aware of their expertise .so .. i am feeling sorry for mr. GOPAL SINGH .i would say he is an unfortunate one .and he needs to be strong and also he should take some steps to get that amount back ..
