NEET UG 2013 Seat Allotment for MBBS and BDS

NEET UG 2013 Seat Allotment gives information about the seat allotment process to be followed for the NEET UG 2013. NEET UG 2013 is the common entrance exam for admissions to the MBBS and BDS courses conducted on May 5, 2013. The CBSE has given some basic guidelines for the NEET UG 2013 Seat Allotment as given below.

As per the guidelines of CBSE, 15% of the seats in medical colleges/institutions will be reserved for students applying under the All India Quota
Note: Students belonging to Andhra Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir are not eligible for applying under the All India Quota since their states have opted out of the system many years ago. 

All the medical colleges/institutions across the country will have to follow the seat allotment (85%) as per the guidelines of their respective State Govt.

Admissions to the medical courses at AFMC will be as per the norms of the Directorate of Armed Force Medical Service, Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

NEET UG 2013 qualified candidates will have to appear for an additional screening test for admissions to the AFMC (guidelines are available on their website)
