Yes, don't work yourself too hard before tge day of your exam. Just sit and relax . Kee tour mind clear . Sleep well , eat well. Remember that this exam is going to decide your future. - Do pay a visit to your examination centre in advance
- Keep all the things u need to carry at the centre ready (admit card,Post Card Size Photograph affixed on the proforma and passport size photograph)
- Revise NCERT textbooks quickly (Specially biology )
- Don't compare your preparations with anyone else (be happy with your preparations)
- Make a clear strategy, how you gonna answer according to your subject strength. ( Don't let a single question consume your valuable time)
- Sleep early!

of course relaxation is very much required before the exam. you need to de stress yourself before appearing for the exam as this will help you to rememeber the concepts better and you shall be able to solve the paper more easily. if you are tensed you might end up getting confused or might even attempt the question in wrong way.
i suggest you to do breathing exercises regularly and have proper 8 hrs of sleep before the exam.
