how to score well in chemistry and physics in NEET exam?

Apoorva Student Expert 12th Nov, 2019

Hello dear student,

I know it's very important to get marks (really good) to get a seat in government medical college. But there is no criteria as such about how much marks are needed for you to obtain to get a seat . But yes overall marks should be maintained in order to get a seat . As you haven't mentioned your category. So dear student if you are a general category student try to keep your marks above 580 while if you are a student with reserved category then keep your marks above 530 or more because this time competition will be tough.

And try to keep your marks above 130 in physics and chemistry if getting 320 and above in biology. I hope this was helpful to you

Thank you and best wishes

Apoorva Student Expert 12th Nov, 2019

Hello dear student,

It can't be predicted what kind of paper this time students can expect of neet 2020 as I hope you must be aware of the fact NTA is conducting the exam and aiims and jipmer have also been merged in NEET this session. I would suggest you to keep your preparations and be ready to get anything on plate that is be ready to get any kind of paper. But as this is the first time this is going to happen so a moderate paper can be expected but this is not a sure thing. I hope this was helpful to you

Best wishes

is AIIMS 2020 is there or mixed with NEET

Apoorva Student Expert 12th Nov, 2019
Hello dear student,
Yes, you are very right. From this session that is from 2020 aiims and jipmer which are the two most renowned institutions , used to conduct their own entrance test for MBBS will not be conducting their own entrance test for students appearing for MBBS. This year NTA will be the exam conducting body and a common entrance test will be conducted for the students appearing medical and the name of the exam is NEET. Aiims and jipmer entrance test are being scraped off from the shelves. I hope this was helpful to you.
Thank you and best wishes

how much want to score in neet to get free seat I anime 2020

Apoorva Student Expert 12th Nov, 2019
Hello dear student,
As you haven't mentioned your Category and also you have not mentioned the state of your Domicile so it's difficult to exactly tell how much marks are needed for you to get a seat in government medical college. While I hope you are aware this year aiims and jipmer seats have also been merged with Neet only so those seats will also be there to fight for through this one entrance test. So you can expect a high competition. So I would suggest you to prepare well and if you are a general category student keep your marks above 580 and if you are student belonging from SC or ST Category keep your marks above 540-560  . I hope this was helpful to you
Thank you and best wishes

I am from Himachal Pradesh But done my schooling from punjab is i am Eligible for state quota in Punjab Neet Counselling ?

Apoorva Student Expert 12th Nov, 2019
Hello dear student,
I understand your concern and I understood that you have completed your class 12th from Punjab . While you are eligible for Himachal state quota already as it is a state where you belong. But as you told Punjab is a state from where you have completed your education so dear student domicile depends of many factors. Mere completing 12th won't be enough.
People with these following are eligible for the Punjab domicile:-
Permanent Residents of the State, in accordance with Punjab Government Instructions contained in Letter No. 1-3-95/3 PP-II/9619, dated 06-06-1996.
Women not originally belonging to a State/UT, but married to men who are permanent residents of the State/UT are eligible to apply for Domicile Certificate.

I hope this was helpful to you.
Thank you and best wishes
