Priya: Hi Sir, I am a Post Graduate(M.Com) n have experience of working for a corporate firm for 3 yrs. I would like to Pursue my career as a Softskills/Mangement trainer. I have a zeal for teaching. Which Courses or programmes would help me towards that?
Mahesh, Editor, Careers360 answers:  Priya carnige insititute has a good programme. But remember being a managment trainer is a hands on job. so some amount of initial corporate experience would stand you in good stead

Hina Khanna: myself hina and i am in last year of my graduation in b.a hons geography from delhi university .. and now i am very much confused about what option i chose to make good carrier .i want to spend 2 more years and after that i like to do job. and confused b tw m.a in social works and m.a in disaster management or doing msc in environmental science with resource management from teri university .. and i want to earn good and satisfactory salary . help me out. which option is good to have good salary package an  and for bright future .. i had read many articles about social works but there i found lower level of salary ... i have interest but i am also considering one of the most important factor for me i.e salary.
Mahesh, Editor, Careers360 answers:  dear hina social sector pays well if you move in to the funding or reserach side of funding organisations. international NGOs also pay very well

Hina Khanna: ok thnx sir ..  but what is this funding or research funding ..
Mahesh, Editor, Careers360 answers:   Hina agencies CIDA/ USAID provide funding for projects. Agencies like IDRC do funding but also do lots of reserach. both types pay very well. Both are quite good if you do it from a college whcih has campus placments. if not an MCA is slightly better because if you are qood you could sit for the exams conducted by the large IT companies and have a go at getting placed.

Akshay:  Hello sir, Iam red-green colour blind.Can I join army through CDS (common defence service)? Can I join chartered accountancy course after graduation without answering CPT?
Mahesh, Editor, Careers360 answers: Akshay the army says you can only apply for teaching/ relegious profiles in SSC if you are colour blind. but we have written to the army HO on this. Once we get an we willput it up on our site. please visit our page.  The new regulations i don't think give you that excemption

Lingareddy:  Hi Good afternoon sir,My name is linga reddy a qualified CA and i don't have Degree(like ,B.A,LLB etc) .will i eligible to do MBA in IIMs.
Mahesh, Editor, Careers360 answers: A CA is considered as eligible for pursuing A phD. But one is to sure if IIMs can admit you since they demand a graduate degree as minimum eligibility I will have to check and get back to you on this

Mahesh, Editor, Careers360 answers: Jeyan ideally you must apply to TERI it is a good place to do work in the domain that you are interested in. ATREE bangalore is also a good option

Alok: i have passed ma phycology give me top colleage in mphil clinical phycology in gujarat
Mahesh, Editor, Careers360 answers:  The recently established Gujarat forensic scineces university is a good bet though there are infrastructural issues

Alok: infrastructural issues means or any other option. THE INSTITUTE OF CIVIL ENGINEERS(INDIA)New Delhi or Ludhiana(Punjab) the website is ( its institute is AICTE approval or not. and institute degree is valid for central gov. & state gov. job and UPSC and GATE etc

Neel: sir is there any option to study electronics after completed BCA...
Mahesh, Editor, Careers360 answers: Neel i dont think so. Some universiites like Lucknow university do offer MSC in electronics, but would expect you to have done physics and maths at BSc level
Neel: now a days some big indian IT companies prefer more than an MCA..right now i'm doing BCA..i have 1 more year ...i dont want to change my career path i want to persue my career in computer science..what would u suggest to get a good job in IT.
