Candidates should possess MBBS degree/Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate from an institute (except for colleges and universities located in Jammu & Kashmir and Andhra Pradesh) recognized as per the provisions of Indian Medical Council Act and should possess a permanent or provisional registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
Candidates should have completed one year of internship or will complete it before March 31, 2014.

Candidates can apply to AIPGMEE 2014 online from the official website. Online registration and scheduling will start from October 26, 2013.
Information bulletin cum examination fee voucher is now available from selected branches of Axis Bank on payment of:
Rs 3750/- for General/OBC category
Rs 2750/- for SC/ST/ PWD category
A unique serial number will be available underneath the scratch panel in the voucher.
Candidates have to enter this unique serial number on the official website for online registration and scheduling process.
AIPGMEE 2014 will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) and will be conducted at 70 test centers in 38 cities across the country.
The total duration of the exam will be 3 hours and 30 minutes. Additionally, 15 minutes of tutorial time will be given to students.
There will be total of 300 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
There shall be no negative marking.

will fmg get a pg seat in govt collage?
FMGE is an examination for Foreign Medical Graduates to practise in India. For example, if an Indian Candidate has gone abroad to study Medicine and wants to return to India and practise in India, he/she has to appear for FMGE. So it is not an entrance examination for admission to MD/MS. For admission to MD/MS you need to appear for NEET PG.
I want to give neet pg for mpt.. is there different neet pg for mpt than neet for md admission..plz also guide me about entrance for mpt admission

see to get permanent registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council (SMC) you need to appear in fmge exam, however Candidates with a postgraduate medical degree obtained in the countries of Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand and the United States of America need not appear in FMGE screening test as they can directly register with MCI/SMC as per the last year notifications.
