VCE, Hyderabad has a central library that houses a collection of 67,703 volumes of books. The digital library is equipped with 30 systems to access e-journals and e-books. There are a host of facilities available for the enrolled students at the VCE, Hyderabad. The college has a central library spread over two floors with a built-up area of 30,000 sq ft. The library can accommodate up to 500 students. There are a range of sports facilities also available such as a full-fledged turf pitch, stadium with floodlights, football field, basketball, badminton courts, and indoor games on the campus. Admission in VCE B.Tech courses is based on the scores obtained by students in the TS EAMCET exam. Students have to first meet the basic eligibility criteria of having passed class 12th examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with at least 45% from a recognised board. They will be required to then apply and appear in the TS EAMCET exam. TS EAMCET qualified candidates must participate in subsequent counselling round. Candidates are offered seats on the basis of TS EAMCET rank, choices of college filled by them and availability of seats. After seat allotment, candidates have to visit the college for document verification and payment of fee to successfully complete the admission process. 

Yes, there is a Student Welfare Cell at the Vardhaman College of Engineering, Hyderabad.
