Acharya Nagarjuna University, Ongole Campus Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The campus is equipped with a central library, and it is consisting of 8225 books, 28 periodicals, and 07 newspapers. At present P.G. center is located at N.S.P. Colony, Ongole. The present P.G. Centre existed with 3.16 acres and possessed one Administrative cum Academic Block, Library, and three sheds with an asbestos roof.

The campus has sports facilities for all students.

The campus computer center provides a facility to the Students, Research Scholars, and Faculty for computational assistance including an Internet facility. The Centre also provides the facility for the students to upload information in connection with fee reimbursement (EPASS) applications.

The campus has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. The Health Centre was established in the University Campus in the year 1980. A full-time Lady Medical Officer Dr.B.S.Jimmy Rani, M.B.B.S., was appointed on 12-10-1992, and also Homoeo Physician DrJ. Srinivasa Muni Swamy M.B.S.(Homoeo) was appointed on honorarium and attended to the medical need of Students, Research Scholars, and Staff. Two part-time medical officers Dr. Ravi Babu (Dr. Ranga Rao Nursing Home) and Dr. Sitamahalaxmi attending to the medical need of the employees who are residing at Guntur. A wide range of cases like upper, lower respiratory tract infections, viral fevers, Jaundice, Diarrhea, Amoebiasis, duodenal ulcers, fungus infections, and scabies have been successfully treated in Our University Health Centre. Chronic ailments like DM, Hypertension, IHD, Epilepsy, PT have been diagnosed in the health center. At present, the critical cases/emergency cases are being referred to as GGH Guntur and NRI Hospital, Chintamani for expert treatment. The Homoeopathic treatment extended to students and staff weekly twice i.e Tuesday & Friday. Free Dental Checkup available for Dental treatment to students and staff on weekly twice i.e Wednesday & Thursday by Sibar Dental College & Hospital, Takkellapadu, Guntur. The University has entered into MOU with NRI Medical College & General Hospital, Chinakakani, 30% discount on investigations to Students and 15% to the University Employees.

The campus has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.

The campus has good networking for the Alumni association.

The campus has a Wi-Fi facility for the students and staff. From 2014 wifi came into campus. Until today 24 buildings were under wifi, still 40 must be done with wifi.

The campus has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The campus has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students.

The campus has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The campus has a girl's hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students.

The campus has a Gym facility for the students.

The campus has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
