*Practice questions:- after finishing each chapter you should practice numericals and mcqs .You should practise at least 80 to100 numericals and mcqs in Each chapter to master concepts so that you can solve numericals and MCQs easily.

    * Short breaks :- take short breaks in between your studies, studying continuously can be brain tiring and it becomes difficult to focus and study with concentration, so take breaks to relax and refresh your brain.

    * Make short notes:- You should make chapterwise short notes for each chapter and it should contain all the important concepts and formulas. These short notes will be a great revision tool for your examination.

    * Set  goals :- set daily goals like I have to cover these many topics today, weekly goals like I have to  cover these chapters this week and  solve their mcqs too by the end of this week and meet them without any fail.

    * Follow a routine or timetable :- you can make a routine and religiously follow it and try to give at least 7- 8 hours to study each day in your routine.

-)PHYSICS is the  toughest part for most of the medical aspirants  as it has both numericals and concepts to deal with ,so keep at least 3 hours each day for physics

-)In Chemistry you have to deal with reactions and learn them and solve questions as well, so give at least 2.5 hours to Chemistry

-)In biology you have to read, learn and revise again and again, so keep around 2.5 hours for Biology.

*Revise:-  revise your concepts,  formulas etc at regular intervals . Revision is very important otherwise as you won't be able to recall or remember whatever you have learnt and forget them and you  won't be able to perform well in your examination.

*Solve previous year NEET question  :- Solving previous year questions will let you know the examination pattern, type of questions asked in the exam and difficulty level of questions, also concepts  of the questions often gets repeated so it will be of great help to you . You can get previous year neet papers at

neet ug cut off for aiim and jipmer 2020 ant it can depend on cast plz tell me

Sakshi, Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And yes your Category also plays an important role. Because for qualifying in NEET, if you belong to General Category, you need to score atleast 50 percentile of the top NEET score and it is 40 percentile for OBC,SC,ST. Now AIIMS and JIPMER will conduct the admissions through NEET score through All India Counselling and so the cut offs are going to be higher. If you belong to General Category, you will need anything between 625-675 and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will atleast need 625. As this is the first year that AIIMS and JIPMER will be conducting admissions through NEET score, the cut offs mentioned here might differ either by a small or a larger margin.

i belong to MBC category.... how much should i aiim for to get mbbs seat in tamil nadu for sure under state quota?

    Hello there,

So the reserved seats for any MBC category is 20% and the cutoff for 2019 fir this category was around 133-120. Which means the percentile would be in 40th.

Therefore,u might try and score something around the above mentioned marks, however, prepare to the best of your abilities as the cutoff changes every year collectively and hence one cannot totally rely on the previous year's cutoff.

Sir I belong to West Bengal I have ranked 3865 OBC ranked 1065 in aiim so I have any chance to get admission in aiim medical college

Sir...in aiim form in selecting qualifying maine galti se icse select kr diya hai cbse ki jagah...roll sahi diya hai? Admit card me koi prob

Dear Smriti, your admit card will not be withheld because of an error in the application form. You will get the admit card and you can also appear for the exam. The only issue you might is face is during the counselingband admission phases. When you have to submit the original documents and they are verified, there might be an issue. But again if you are carrying your original documents as a proof and you can explain your error, you might have a chance.

My 12th% is 58,can I fill aiim MBBS examination form ??..

Hi Anshita.Minimum marks required for being eligible for aiims MBBS : General and OBC aspirants should have obtained an aggregate of 60% in English, Chemistry. Physics and Biology.
