    About AIMS Mandya

    Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre is located in Bangalore, Karnataka and was established in the year 1986. The Institute is a Co-ed and is approved by NMC and is an affiliated college. The Institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes to students who want to pursue courses in the fields of General Medicine Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Otolaryngology Ear, Nose and Throat, and others. AIMS Mandya courses include M.B.B.S., M.D., and M.S. 

    Admission into these courses is given based on the common entrance exam (NEET) conducted by the NTA. Where NEET scores are considered for the M.B.B.S. programme, NEET-PG scores are considered for M.D and M.S courses.  Aspirants are advised to acquire valid scores in their respective NEET/NEET-PG exams.  At the same time, students are advised to meet the AIMS Mandya cut-off as prescribed by the management for admissions. 

     Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre also called AIMS Mandya provides scholarships to the needy and meritorious students who are interested in pursuing their studies at the college. The institute runs its hospital where multiple students get placed from different levels of study.     Eligibility: 17 years of age or above as on 31-Dec of the admission year. The maximum age limit to Study MBBS course is 25 years. All Higher Secondary School Students with 10+2 in science stream including biology or biotechnology along with Physics and Chemistry with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible(In case of SC/ST, 40% in board exams; 45% for OBC Category)

    Admission Procedure: It is compulsory for medical enthusiasts to appear for the National Eligibility and Entrance Examination (NEET) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) after 12th grade who wish to get MBBS admission.
