The cell of Alliance School of Business, Bangalore sends an invitation to the companies by mail for the recruitment drive with all the details.
The companies and the cell will agree to the date and then the company will visit for the pre-placement talk.
The company shortlists the students and also makes a waiting list of students for the recruitment process.
Placement Cell assigns dates for the recruitment process on the basis of students' preference and job profile.
Companies visit the campus and conduct tests/interviews/group discussions etc as per their recruitment process.
