The College Library is equipped to meet the essential academic and intellectual needs of its students. It houses books which include reference books like encyclopedias, dictionaries, competitive examination books, etc. An open-access system, Online Public Access Catalog, and spacious reading rooms provide an atmosphere conducive to study.

The college provides excellent Hostel facilities for boys with 24 hours of uninterrupted power and water supply. All the hostels are well maintained and supervised by the wardens. Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in the hostel and legal action would be taken against such students who indulge in such activities. The rules and regulations of the hostel have to be followed strictly.

Dr. M. Mohan Alva, the chairperson of Alva’s Health Centre (AHC). He established this institution on May 31st, 1986 and since then the aim of AHC has only been to provide effective and affordable medical care and facilities to people in and around Moodbidri who otherwise had to travel a minimum of 40 km to get basic medical treatments. From a small establishment, ACH is now a 200 bedded hospital/healthcare center offering multidisciplinary services, thus achieving its prime purpose of promoting health care for the underprivileged in the community.

The College has owned a fleet of buses to carry students from the hostel to the college. this is a convenient and comfortable means of transport which saves a lot of time for students and avoids anxiety among the parents.

Ample opportunities are created for students to participate in sports and games. Meritorious Sports training by professional Coaches for different sports and games and financial support to participate at university, state, National and International level athletic meets. The motivation for personal and group achievements in Sports and games, Special training to rewrite the meet records are some of the special attractions of AEF. Well equipped Alva’s Multi – gymnasium and Weightlift gym with trained professional coaches are made available. Standard 400 mts track and playground (field) for all the game events are also provided for extensive practice. Special scholarship for outstanding Sports persons is offered by AEF.
