• Amity University Lucknow training and placement cell sends invitations to recruiting companies for campus recruitment.

• The Training and Placement Cell then sets the dates with various recruiters depending on the salary packages and other eligibility criteria that the recruitment companies offer.

• Interested students must register their names and submit their resumes to the Amity University Lucknow placement cell.

• Different recruiting companies provide pre-placement talks to students at Amity University, Lucknow to inform them about their policies, roles and job profiles offered by them.

• Eligible candidates must also appear and pass the written test, group discussion, and interview round.

• The written test consists of multiple-choice questions that assess students' skills and basic knowledge in quantitative aptitude, logical and reasoning ability, English competency etc.

• After passing the written test, students have to qualify the group discussion round where they talk on topics chosen by the recruiters to judge the students' communication and speaking skills.
