24 MonthsMaster of Science (M.Sc) in Mental Health Nursing is a two-year full-time program that is the postgraduate level in the nursing course offered by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife of any State Nursing Council.
- The candidate should have passed B.Sc. Nursing or B.Sc. Hons. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from an Institution recognized by the INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL.
- Candidates should be medically fit.
- Minimum 1 Year of work experience after basic B.Sc. Nursing or prior to or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- NRIs and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) who qualify from foreign universities, as well as International Students, will have to produce an equivalence certificate from Indian Nursing Council.
Admission Details
Selection is based on the marks interview and/or Amrita Entrance Examination.
