The Central Library which is the heart of the college was established in 1959. It is a well-equipped library, centrally located with open access system, and does provide the right impetus for the intellectual growth of the students, teachers, research scholars, and others around. The library is in a three-storied building with 700 sq. mt. floor area.
The library has a collection of 24816 (textbooks) and 25052 (Reference and other books). The library has a special collection of books on Gandhian thoughts, Vivekananda studies, Ambedkar Studies, Human rights, Women studies, Tribal studies, Sankardeva studies, Publications by faculty members, College publications, award-winning books, etc. Apart from these special collections, the library has a good collection of encyclopedias, dictionaries, books on competitive examinations, and a good collection of manuscripts and rare books.
The college has a gymnasium club was formed. Students and teachers who intend to do physical exercise in the gymnasium must become a member of the gymnasium club by paying a nominal admission fee. Not only boys but also girls can also become a gymnasium member and do physical exercise. The gymnasium of the college possesses state-of-the-art instruments and exercise tools including two sets of multi-gyms and is arguably one of the most decorated and fascinating centre of its type in the region. The general timing of the gymnasium of the college is 6 AM-7 AM in the morning and 4 PM- 7 PM in the evening. A trainer is also appointed in the gymnasium. He guides, trains, and teaches students to use different gymnasium types of equipment.
The College has two Girls' Hostels, situated within the college premises. It has a capacity of 34 students. It has a capacity of 89 students. The hostels have facilities like running water, 24-hour electricity, and newspapers, both Assamese and English. The college premise is protected by high-rise walls.
The College has an active Alumni Association college functioning under the Presidentship of Abul Hasim Khandakar, Advocate. The Association takes an active part in the round development of the college.
There is an Indoor Stadium in ADP College. It has a capacity of 200 persons to sit in the gallery. Badminton and Gymnasium facilities are there. Two sets of Badminton courts can be put there simultaneously. Gymnasium facilities have been put permanently in one room. A drinking water facility, as well as toilets, are there in the stadium. A rubber mat has been fitted on the arena.
The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminars.
The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
A state-of-the-art Computer Hub with audiovisual and video live streaming facility was established under RUSA Grant. It is equipped with a total of 18 computers and an ICT facility. In addition to virtual classes, it enhances to extends software integration for different departments, especially for the Science stream. A number of faculty development programs, seminars, and webinars have been organized in the Computer Hub since its inauguration. The computer Hub was inaugurated by Shri Biswajit Pegu, Deputy commissioner of Nagaon in presence of Dr. Surajit Kr. Bhagwati, Principal, ADP College, invited dignitaries, esteemed faculties, and students.
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
