There is as such no specific or minimum marks required to get into the colleges because the dynamics gets changed every year. So, try to perform best as much as you can because these things depends on certain factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

The cutoff would vary from institute to institute. Also, let me tell you that JEE Main paper 2 scores are used for admission to NITs, and a couple of other institutes like Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, School of Planning & Architecture( Vijayawada, New Delhi and Bhopal), Mizoram University, Aizawl, and Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi.

On the other hand NATA scores are accepted by most architecture colleges in the country, but not in the NITs and other institutes affiliated to JEE Main.
