BIMHRD Pune provides hostel accommodation for the students. There are separate rooms for boys and girls. The atmosphere is fun learning with recreational facilities so that students can enjoy and there is no scope for boredom. The BIMHRD Pune has ‘Cluster friend’ and ‘Floor friend’ to look after the discipline of the hostel and the features include a laundromat, a doctor, an ambulance, etc. 

Balaji Institute of Management and Human Resource Development facilities include separate hostels for the girls. The BIMHRD Pune hostel allotment takes place on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The first Aid Medical facility is also available on the college campus to cater to the medical needs of the students.

The library is completely automated and has a barcode system - has comfortable seats so students can spend long hours, has WiFi connection as well. Candidates can also access electronic resources for more information. The BIMHRD Pune Library has an arrangement with other libraries including EBSCO and DELNET. The library also has a DVD collection that has some of the most classic, modern feature films along with documentaries as well. Students can also read newspapers and magazines at the library.

The computer labs at BIMHRD are well equipped with systems that support 100 MBPS internet cables for information connectivity. To ensure uninterrupted internet access, the BIMHRD campus is WiFi-enabled and produces high-speed up to 100 Mbps. There is also a dedicated server room from where all these facilities are controlled, the server is located within the campus and has 28+ servers and 2000+ nodes. Apart from this tech, students at BIMHRD can also have access to licensed software like MS-Office, SAP e-learning software, SQL, and SQSS etc.

Cafeteria facility is available on the college campus that serves healthy and nutritious food to the students and faculty at a reasonable price.

BIMHRD Tathawade has 2 air-conditioned auditoriums, one of which has a seating capacity of 750 people while the other one has a capacity of 1000. The auditorium with 750 seating capacity can host events such as guest lectures and seminars, internal student events, and SBU Student General Body Meetings. The bigger auditorium can host events such as Annual Convocation, Ethics Oration and Prize and Incentives Distribution Ceremonies, Placement Drives, Pre Placement Talks, Conferences, Workshops, Seminars, Cultural festivals etc.
