BIMM Pune facilities and infrastructure includes a boys hostel on the campus premises. In the hostel, student supervisors have basic facilities such as drinking water coolers, lockable steel almirahs, and in-room furniture. A laundromat is located on the hostel premises, in addition to a gym and a swimming pool. A doctor is available in the hostel to provide basic first aid and treat minor and non-life-threatening illnesses. An ambulance is parked on the hostel premises to ensure that proper and timely assistance is provided in the case of an emergency.

There is a separate hostel facility for girls in the institute. Student supervisors in the hostel have access to basic amenities such as drinking water coolers, lockable steel almirahs, and in-room furniture. However, due to a limited number of seats, allotment is on a first-come, first-served basis. If students are unable to remain at the Sri Balaji Society hostel, then they must rent a room closer to campus.

In the institute's hostel building, general medical care and checkup facilities are available. These medical services are available to student managers, faculty members, and other institutional members.

Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune has a well-equipped gymnasium with modern facilities. The gymnasium has the latest cardio, weight loss and muscle training equipment.

BIMM Pune facilities and infrastructure includes a library for students. The BIMM Library has over 80,000 books, including textbooks, reference books, business and management literature, and much more. The library has journal and magazine subscriptions, including international and national editions, as well as local and national newspaper subscriptions. With a seating capacity of 180, the BIMM library's reading room features comfortable chairs and desk amenities, allowing for serious research and study as well as light reading and general reference. Students and staff members have access to a reprographic facility. The library has ten computer systems to support its members' and visitors' e-library and reference needs.

The institute has provided numerous opportunities for its student managers to participate in sports like football, volleyball, tennis, badminton, and basketball. A walking track allows students to take a leisurely stroll or a vigorous jog around the campus. In addition to these outdoor game facilities, it also offers indoor sports such as table tennis and carom.

Balaji Institute of Modern Management has modern IT and computer facilities for students. For information exchange and networking, the computer laboratories are well equipped with desk-mounted systems supported by 100 MBPS internet cables and leased lines. To offer uninterrupted internet access, the campus is Wi-Fi enabled and has a high-speed internet connection of 100 Mbps. The institute has acquired a variety of licensed software to aid student learning and growth, the most significant of which are the ever-important MS Office 365, SAP e-learning software, SQL, and SQSS. The Microsoft Campus Agreement covers the upkeep and updates of this software. The labs have the most up-to-date licensed versions of the needed computer applications, programmes, and software.

BIMM Pune facilities and infrastructure includes a cafeteria on the campus for students and staff members. It serves nutritious and healthy food for breakfast, lunch and dinner to the students. Aside from these three mess facilities, the campus also has a juice shop and a light refreshment shop.

Balaji Institute of Modern Management facilities includes a well-equipped auditorium for conducting several events like seminars, workshops, functions etc. In the auditorium, there is a well-maintained seating arrangement along with an audio-video set up and sound system set up.

A stationery shop has been opened on campus to meet students’ everyday requirements. The store sells a wide range of products, from stationery to snacks and packaged foods. At the counter, there is also a bookbinding, printing, and xerox facility. A fruits and juice bar is also located on campus, with a variety of fresh fruits salads and juices.
