After sleeping 4 hours a day and attending college 7 days a week. We learn problems are opportunities. You become so strong and positive here. Being a child of army background I always thought to join the army but I never knew that even at MBA, the training will be so tough as army school. The 3Ds of Balaji - dedication determination and discipline are the most important which they inbuilt in every student there. There is no holiday for any festival but yes the festival will be celebrated at a great level here which you will definitely enjoy. No medical leaves, attendance is a compulsion. Shri Balaji group of institutes are kind of b-schools in which you will study for 2 years but at the end of the day find no development in your personality. The college has placements at 4.5lac. Most students get placed but the good things about the college end here. The faculty is very strict. The college treats pgdm students as kids. Students are not allowed to use mobile phones in the college campus. If someone is caught using mobile phone in the hostel after 9:30pm, his/her phone will be confiscated. There are no holidays, not even on sunday. Everyday students have to wear college formal. Attendance required is 90% and leave is given only if parents ask for it. The college because if bits rules restricts the overall developmental students.
