-Caste Category

-Number of seats available

-Difficulty level of the exam

-Number of students appeared in the exam, etc.

With your KCET rank it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering branch in Ballari Institute of Technology and Management, Ballari but have chances of getting Electronics and Communication Engineering branch based on previous year's cut-offs. Yes,you may get seat in cse because cuttoff are not exact but they are accurate.cutoff will changes every year because it's based on number of students and number of seats etc..these parameters change the cutoffs .so it's clear you may have chance to get seat in cse .the purpose of cutoff is to give an idea about it.
