Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Telecommunication Engineering is a four-year full-time course at Bangalore Institute of Technology, Bangalore. Affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi and Approved by AICTE.
Program Educational Objectives
PEO 1: To prepare our Graduates with strong foundations in Mathematical, Scientific and Problem Solving Skills.
PEO 2: To prepare our Graduates to adapt to fast Technical changes in the domain area of core Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering by interacting and working closely with other Premier Technological Institutions / Industries having similar Vision.
PEO 3: To enable our Graduates to develop Knowledge and Skills across the range of disciplines.
PEO 4: To prepare our Graduates to meet the Global challenges by inculcating traits such as Communication Skills, Ethical Values and ability to work in a team.
Program Specific Outcomes (Psos)
PSO1: Analyze and Design Analog & Digital modules for a given Specification and Function.
PSO2: Implement Functional Blocks of Hardware-Software Co-Designs for Embedded Systems, Signal Processing, Communication and Networking applications.
Admission will be through KCET, COMEDK.
Candidates seeking admission to the first year of the four years B.E. degree course should have passed two years of P.U.C. Examinations conducted by the Pre-University Board of Karnataka State or any other Examination recognized as equivalent by the Visveswaraya Technology University and should have obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate of optional subjects.
