The placement cell of Bangalore Institute of Technology is responsible for conducting the recruitment drive. BIT placement cell regularly organises various job fairs and trainings for students in order to give them accurate insights of the industry. Stage 2- Recruiters who are interested in conducting the BIT placement drive accept the invitation and confirm their presence on the date of the recruitment drive.

Stage 3- Candidates interested in participating in the Bangalore Institute of Technology recruitment drive are required to register for the placement and submit the required documents that will be used during the recruitment drive.

Stage 4- The companies selected for the recruitment process visit the campus as decided by the institute and conduct the placement drive.
