BIBS Kolkata Placements

Bengal Institute of Business Studies, Kolkata has a dedicated 3-tier placement cell, continuously working to provide placement opportunities to its students. As per placement statistics available on the BIBS brochure, the BIBS Kolkata highest package stood at Rs 13.60 LPA. During BIBS Kolkata placements, 30% of Pre-Placement offers were generated for BIBS students after their summer internships. However, more than 10% of the MBA Batch year-on-year has got International Placements. Meanwhile, 81% of the recruiting companies have visited the BIBS Kolkata campus for recruitment.

The entire BIBS placement process, be it for the summer or the final placements is managed by a group of students under the placement committee. The BIBS Kolkata placements committee prepares students by conducting corporate visits, internships, placement preparatory programmes, and placement evaluation tests. As an integral part of the MBA curriculum, BIBS students have to undergo a summer placement project in an organisation for 12-15 weeks. BIBS Kolkata Placement Process

Students need to appear in the Placement Evaluation test for summer and final placement. This contains written tests, GD and PI.
Then, students undergo in a summer placement project in an organisation for 12-15 weeks.
As per the PET marks, Summer Placement performance and company requirements, candidates are shortlisted for GD/PI.
After completing an interview, students get an offer instantly.
Students also participate in a placement preparatory programme in which they go through 5 steps- CV Writing, Video Resume, Grooming, Mock GD/PI, Events.

The placement of Bengal Institute of Business studiesis one of the best in kolkata. Our college provide best internship opportunities to it's students as well as final placement opportunities at a good package. Average package being 5 lac CTC.

which is best for mba nd placement, bibs or iibs Kolkata?

hi,

BIBS and IIBS, I would suggest you to go for iibs, since its placement is really good compare to bibs placement, in bibs there is no 100 percent placement and placement packages is not up to the expectation in todays market. however in iibs there is some international placement also and average packages is around 5 lpa. by clearing ibsat or mat exam you may get admission in iibs kolkata.

ADAMAS UNIVERSITY KOLKATA VS BIBS KOLKATA.. WHICH IS THE BETTER CHOICE TO PURSUE MBA?

Hello dear student,

Adamas university in Kolkata do not offer MBA course so there is no choice between there two colleges . While BIBS Kolkata do have MBA and they offer many different specialisation in MBA too. You can enroll in any of the programs you wish to enroll in . You can check the official website of the college.
