IMED Pune courses are offered across 2 streams namely, Management and Business Administration and Computer Application and IT. Of these eight IMED Pune courses, two are undergraduate level, four are postgraduate level, and the remaining two are doctoral-level programmes. IMED Pune M.B.A course is offered across 3 specialisations. The IMED Pune B.C.A and M.C.A fee structure is Rs. 2,70,000 for each. All of Bharathi Vidyapeeth’s IMED courses are offered in full time mode only.

The college accepts students for undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programmes. Admissions at BVIMR Delhi are available to a total of 6 programmes. Admissions to BVIMR Delhi's B.B.A. and B.C.A. programmes are determined by a candidate's performance on the BUMAT exam, which is administered by the Bharati Vidyapeeth in Pune. The college admits students to the B.B.A. L.L.B. and L.L.B. programmes based on their performance in the Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune, entrance test.
