As of now, BITS Pilani Hyderabad does not offer off-campus placements. They are not involved in these types of placements. Every year, BITS Pilani campuses hold two placement seasons. As part of the Practice School programme, their students work in the industry for one semester of their final year. For admission to the M.Pharm program at BITS Pilani Hyderabad, candidates must take the GPAT or BITS HD online entrance tests. Applicants are admitted based on their marks in the BITS HD test online and/or the written test, group discussions, and interviews conducted by BITS at its campuses/other locations. Depending on their performance in the exam, candidates are called for the next round of admission. Candidates must have an integrated BITS in Pharmacy or its M.Pharm equivalent (Specialisation in Pharmaceutics) degree to apply for admission.

In the midst of natural beauty, the campus of BITS Pilani, Hyderabad, is entirely residential and spreads across over 200 acres of lush greenery.
