BM Institute of Professional Studies, Indore Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The Central Library has an area of about 35000 sq. ft. The Central library is stocked with over 90,000 books, magazines, reference articles, archives, encyclopedic collections, and more than 300 national & international journals. Every day, new books are pouring into the library. In addition, the library has a steady flow of newspapers, magazines and journals on subjects related to Management, Science and Technology. Moreover, a good collection of Video Cassettes and Compact Discs (CDs) and DVDs for having the exposure to latest technological developments is also available.

The Group has a fleet of more than 29 buses for the convenience of the students and its staff members. Besides, the solid web of local buses makes it convenient for any person from Indore, Ujjain, or MHOW to commute to the Institute. The group provides the facility of safe traveling through its in-house shuttle buses with various pick-up and drop-off points in the city of Indore and its outskirts. Besides ensuring the implementation of the safety norms, all drivers and bus staff are trained in first aid and emergency management.

The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.

There are two well-furnished, completely air-conditioned seminar hall with a capacity of 200 and 700 people. Yet another open-air auditorium fit for public gatherings for more than 1500 people is another added feature for MGI. These are used for various academic activities like training sessions, guest lectures, conferences, MDPs, EDPs, FDPs, pre-placement talks, and several cultural activities.

Sports are an integral part of the BM Colleges curriculum. A dedicated sports officer ensures that sports are given topmost priority in extracurricular. Students regularly participate and represent the institute in various sports tournaments held in different parts of the country. Encouragement and training in their respective sport are given by experts.

The canteen with an area of over 5,000 sq. ft. in an open-air environment is a pleasant din of voices, opinions, and fun over food. The eatables served in the canteen are prepared under hygienic conditions and are of good quality. A committee manages the canteen, which in consultation with students takes care of different aspects like hygiene, prices, timings, etc. Canteen functions from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the benefit of students who avail the facilities of library, gymnasium after college hours. Canteen’s superb ambiance provides solace to the working minds and it is the best retiring place to relish some lavish snacks. The dishes prepared under hygienic conditions are of excellent quality and a treat for the taste buds.

The college has good networking for the alumni association.
