Bihar National College, Patna, popularly known as BN College, happens to be among the oldest and finest educational institutions in this country, with its date of establishment flashing back to 1889. This co-educational institute, located near Gandhi Maidan on Ashok Rajpath, Patna, Bihar, has a long history of over 130 years. The institution being a constituent college is accredited by NAAC. With a campus spread over 8 acres, it houses 1,695 enrolments. The faculty consists of 48 members.
It aims to provide a perfect and ideal teaching-learning environment with all modern facilities for the all-round development of students. The campus has separate in-campus boys' and girls' hostel facilities for a comfortable stay of out-station students. On-campus, there is a main hostel building comprising four large blocks sharing common facilities, and additional hostel facilities are available at the Saidpur Campus. The library is the central hublike Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Geography, Functional English, and Geology.Bihar National College runs a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate of knowledge in this college, with its vast accumulation of books, periodicals, and research journals. Good college life
College Infrastructure
The college is praised for its cleanliness and upkeep with a focus on maintaining the over-all environment. Many students are satisfied with the hostel accomodation, citing well furnished rooms. Mess Food is also good.
My college is not good if you are targeting government job.

My college have overall good infrastructure but our department (BCA) don't have our own classroom, Our BCA comes under Maths department so we get our class scheduled in mathematics department only. We got wifi from bihar government 7 nischay yojna but it also don't work well. WiFi has connection issue and also lacks in speed.

The college is having all necessary infrastructure, facilities, equipments which requires to be present within a campus. The college has enough classrooms, has a library, sports centre, male and female washrooms, male and female waiting rooms, etc. The college campus is a bit small, but it is well maintained.
