Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, no N.E.E.T is not compulsory examination for admissions in B.Sc Nursing course there is other entrance examination for entrance in B.Sc nursing.

Some of the entrances are:

AFMC - Armed forces Medical College
PPMET - Punjab para Medical test for BSC nursing
AIIMS - BSC nursing Admission Test
Banaras Hindu university - BSC nursing test
CMC Ludhiana- entrance test for BSC nursing.
Nitte University Bangalore - NUPMET
etc are some of the entrances.
