BMCC has a medical clinic and provides free treatment to the students and staff members. The medical clinic also provides a trained doctor.

Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce gym facility is available for both the boys and girls students. The gym has modern equipment for workouts.

BMCC classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The classrooms are equipped with digital boards to support the teaching and learning process. Cleanliness in the classrooms are especially taken care of and are daily maintained by the housekeeping team.
