B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering is a full-time four-year duration course Affiliated to IK Gujral Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Electronics & Communication Engineering incorporates the application of Mathematics and science to the fields of electronics and communications. The Technology in any branch from any Institution of Punjab/other state and have Punjab domicile with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (for SC/ST 40%) or equivalent grade point are eligible for admission to various disciplines of B.E. /B. Tech. course. But, if some seats remain vacant even after considering all the aforementioned candidates, then candidates from outside Punjab who have passed the Diploma in any branch of Engineering/Technology from any other institute of the country, affiliated to any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (for SC/ST 40%) or equivalent shall be eligible for admission to various disciplines of B.E. /B. Tech. course provided Diploma courses in Engineering & Technology have been approved by AICTE.
- He/she must fulfill the conditions given in PTU, CET Brochure. Candidates need to fulfill the PTU requirements.

- 10% seats of total of every branch are filled in the IInd year out of which 33.3% seats are reserved as management quota which are to be filled directly by the college.
