College of Engineering, Guindy Admissions

The college offers admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate level courses.  Admission to the B.E. programme at the College of Engineering, Guindy is based on the merit of the qualifying exam, and candidates must participate in TNEA counselling. College of Engineering, Guindy admission to the Integrated M.Sc programme based on  performance in the qualifying exam. Candidates who have been shortlisted must then participate in university-level counselling. Candidates for admission to the College of Engineering, Guindy's M.E/M.Tech, M.B.A., and M.C.A. programmes must take the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET), which is administered by Anna University in Chennai. For M.E./M.Tech admissions, valid GATE scores are also taken into account. Candidates must participate in TANCA counselling for M.E/M.Tech admissions, and TANCET M.B.A and TANCET M.C.A counselling for M.B.A and M.C.A admissions.
