One of The Most Dynamic Colleges in India

COEP is the second oldest college in India. The speciality of this college is its dynamic nature. It has lots of Techinical and Non-technical clubs working properly. The total number of clubs are around 40. The college launched the first student-made satellite in India via ISRO in June 2016. The CSAT club was working on it. Also the college's Team Nemesis Racing came 9th in all over the world in a competition held in USA in 2016. Also in Robocon 16 , which is national robotics competition, COEP came out to be second. These are some recent achievements of college. Also every year ample of students crack UPSC, CAT and GATE. 2016's CAT AIR 1 is from COEP. Nearly about 150+ Civil Servents i.e UPSC crackers are working in every part of the world and the nation who are alumni of COEP. There is a club for Civil Service Aspirants in the college named CSAC. Arts n Crafts club, cultural team, drama team etc are there to take care of your hobbies. Mindspark (technical), Impressions(cultural), Zests(sports) and the most famous Regatta(a boat club event) are the events happening every year in the college. College has its own boat club. Rowing, Kayaking, Punting and Mashaal Dance are attractions of Regatta. NSS, Spandan, Janiv, SWF etc are some social clubs. Various lecture series, camps etc are arranged by these clubs. Also each department has it's own club of students. The hostel life is also nice. With the best food and best internet quality available all over the campus. Sports is also speciality of COEP where you can enjoy any sport you love. Placements are best. No student will remain unplaced unless he/she wishes to do so ;) The faculties are good. The atmosphere in college is awesome. Seniors will always be there to help you. There's no ragging or even teasing also. Nothing like junior-senior is here. Thus, COEP is the best of its kind. It is dynamic, it is best !

II am a third year electrical student and git admission here in the first round . I wanted this college as all ma nigga's were here. They told me to get good marks in boards to get admission here and so i worked hard and came here. Frankly speaking teachers can be disappointing ,many subjects you'll have to cover yourself. Scoring is not that difficult as long you study average. Other activities are good.
