College of Engineering (CET), Trivandrum is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological university and was established in 1939. The college has worked towards excellence at the national level in every aspect of technical education since its inception and has grown from a tiny institution of fewer than a hundred students to a multi-disciplinary college situated in a sprawling 125-acre campus. The CET is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), a body of AICTE. In NIRF Ranking 2021, the institute has secured 11th and 95th ranks in the architecture and engineering categories respectively.
As of now, the college provides a total of 68 courses spanning the field of computer science, engineering, management and architecture among others. CET provides B.Tech courses in civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics, electrical and communications, computer science, applied electronics and instrumentations, and industrial engineering. Then there are M.Tech courses in more than 25 fields such as structural, propulsion, thermal, geotechnical engineering, etc. The B.Arch course offered by the college is one of the best in the country. Apart from technical education, students can also opt for MCA, MBA, M.Plan and M.Arch courses after qualifying for respective entrance examinations and eligibility for them. The institute has a multitude of research facilities that would lead to Ph.D. degrees from Kerala University and the Kerala technological university in mechanical, civil, electrical, computer science, electronics and communications engineering, architecture, and in business administration.

In order to enrol for the M.B.A course provided by the CET, candidates must appear for one of the following exams - CMAT/CAT/KMAT based on the scores of which, they shall be shortlisted and further called for the group discussion and the personal interview round. Our college has one of the best infrastructures. For CS department, there are 4 computer labs, 2 seminar halls, one special room and all required classrooms. We have a free wifi connection for students well maintained. We have 2 water purifier+cooler for drinking water facility.
Necessary things are available in the college. There are lot of facilities in the College Of Engineering, Trivandrum . We can use this very effectively. This will help us a lot. We can improve our practical knowledge. Living spaces are hygenic but the food is not so good. You have to try the food from outside

At the time of form filling itself, you must twice check the form before its actual submission. PUC number is the most important parameter in CET exam which later has its influence on post exam counseling. You must now wait till the correction window that begins shortly after submission of CET forms and remains open for 1-2 days. You may also try to mail the CET Officials about the same consent. Last option for you might be to wait until beginning of counseling rounds since your profile is unlocked for editing before entering counselling rounds. Till that time you check the CET portal from time to time for editing window.
