Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing programme shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned.
Admission Process
Candidates desirous of pursuing Ph D in CVRCE may apply for admission to the Ph.D. programme at any time of the year. They are encouraged to discuss their research interests and other academic/administrative issues with potential guides, Heads of the Departments, Dean (Academic) and Principal. Applications accumulated over time will be screened by the Research Programme Implementation Committee from time to time. All application received before the meeting date will be screened for suitability by evaluation of information contained in the applications, written exam followed by Interview, as mandated by regulation of the UGC. The selection committee will evaluate not only the merit of the candidates but also their research interests, facilities available at CVRCE including those that can be created in short run, and viability of the research programme considering the candidates’ other commitments.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech./M.Sc./ M.Tech./ M.Pharm./ M.A./ MBA as relevant to the discipline of interest with academic score as listed in the regulations.
