D School of Business, Mumbai offers scholarships to meritorious students based on their performance in the entrance exam. To be eligible for the D School of Business Mumbai scholarship, candidates must be a resident of India, should have completed class 12th and have qualified the DSOB Entrance exam. However, to get the D School of Business Mumbai scholarship, candidates should meet the eligibility criteria for the first year and subsequent renewals, if applicable.
All candidates of DSOB in all UG and PG programmes (except the AICTE programme) are eligible for the D School of Business Mumbai scholarship. Eligible candidates are not required to apply for the scholarship separately. Directly enrolled candidates from the National Exams are ineligible for the D School of Business Mumbai scholarship. As it's a merit-based scholarship, it is awarded to the candidates based on their performance in the Pearl Entrance Exam, which includes a written exam and a personal interview. The D School of Business Mumbai Scholarship waives payment of tuition fees only for the first year. However, the scholarship will only be renewed every year if the student/awardee maintains the required standards. At the sole discretion of DSOB, scholarship is provided in a range from 25% to 100% on tuition fees of the first-year students only (if renewed for subsequent years). Awarded scholarships cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another course or campus or academic year etc. The scholarship amount will be adjusted against the student fees. A student will be eligible for only one type/scheme of scholarship in a given academic year. Scholarships for AICTE approved P.G.D.M provides a 25% concession in tuition fees to every student of the 1st year founding batch. The D School of Business Mumbai scholarship and the scholarship amount along with eligibility criteria is mentioned below in the table.
D School of Business Mumbai Scholarship Renewal Criteria- Scholarships for Programmes Except for P.G.D.M
The awardee should have a minimum of 85% attendance each year.
The awardee must secure 70% overall marks without having any referrals or deferrals.
The awardee may not interrupt or defer at any time during the studies at DSOB.
There will be no disciplinary action taken against the awardee.
For the scholarship continuation, the student must be recommended by the Course Leader or HOD.
If an awardee fails to maintain the prescribed academic standards of achievement in the following year, the scholarship will be terminated.
