About Datta Meghe College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai
Datta Meghe College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai was established in 1988, to provide higher technical education to eligible students. The college is accredited by NAAC and approved by AICTE as well as recognised by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra. It is affiliated with the University of Mumbai, Mumbai.
DMCE Navi Mumbai currently offers a total of three degree courses which are BE, ME and Ph.D, which are available in various branches of engineering. For BE admission, the applicant must qualify for the MHT CET/JEE Main entrance exam and for ME admission, they need to qualify for GATE/GPAT.
Admission to these courses is through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) of the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State (MAH CET Cell). Only the PhD applicants have to follow the admission rules of the University of Mumbai, which requires applicants to appear for PhD Entrance Test (PET), conducted by the university itself.
Datta Meghe College of Engineering provides various infrastructural facilities such as a library, medical facilities, sports grounds gym, and other such facilities. The DMCE also has a placement cell which caters to provide placement services and assistance to eligible students, who wish to seek employment after completion of the courses. This is one of the best college for Civil Engineering in Mumbai .The infrastructure is quite good .The classrooms are also well maintained with green boards as well as projectors.Laboratories are well maintained

You mentioned your percentile in JEE Main but didn't mention your caste so now I am assuming that you belong to general caste.according to your percentile your rank lies between 2 lakh to 2.5 lakh.

Considering you are a general category candidate, the chances of getting IT in any of the NITs or IIITs are very less.
However, you might get IT through any of the other examinations like MHCET or any other state CET. Please mention the details if you have appeared in any.
