About DY Patil Polytechnic, Ambi
DY Patil Polytechnic was established in the year 2008. It is a reputed private college affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai. The institute offers polytechnic courses in various specialisations like diploma in automobile engineering, diploma in computer engineering, diploma in civil engineering, diploma in electronics & telecommunication engineering, and diploma in mechanical engineering. Students can choose their desired course and apply for the same provided they fulfil the basic eligibility criteria. The courses offered are approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and DTE, Maharashtra. It is a 3 year course that can be pursued in full-time, regular mode. The institute provides its students with a whole lot of activities and opportunities that enhance their personality and develop them into industry professionals. This is accomplished through Competency mapping- behavioural labs, boot camps, outreach and immersion programmes for professional development; internships, live projects and placement; MOU and partnership with leading universities and the industry, various clubs for students; effective mentoring schemes and more. The DY Patil campus is well known for its architecturally well-built infrastructure.
