The institute offers courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. The Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi course list includes a programme at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The Faculty of Law, BHU, Varanasi UG courses are L.L.B. and B.A.L.L.B. It must be noted that for an L.L.B and B.A.L.L.B., candidates must have a 10+2/Intermediate/PUC in a relevant stream. Whereas for the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi PG courses aspirants must have a bachelor's degree from a recognised university.

Benares Hindu University does not offer LLB honours course, but it definitely offers the BA LLB (honours) course, which is of five years duration. Each year of this course is divided into 2 semesters, which means in total there are 10 semesters and also the seat intake for this course is 120.
>> According to the eligibility criteria, the candidate must have completed ten 12th class from a recognized board and also those who have completed the 12th class from any Open University will not be able to get into this course. The candidate must have at least 50% in 12th class.
>> Other than this, there is an entrance exam conducted by the university BHU Under-graduate Entrance Test (U.E.T.) , which a candidate must clear to get the admission in the BA LLB course.
>> admission is done on the basis of merit in the entrance examination.

the application form of banaras hindu university LLB was out from january 30, 2020 and the last date to submit the same is 12 march 2020 , BHU LLB 2020 is scheduled to be held in between august 16-31 2020

CLAT exam is yet to take place in August but colleges have started their registration processes for example NLU ,IP university ,Delhi University and others if you wish to take admission through CLAT exam you can register on their official sites also there are some colleges that take admission by conducting their own examination like symbiosis their registration is over now .
One of the top legal schools in India is BHU's Faculty of legal. There are only 60 seats available for the five-year programme, and some of them are designated for obc, sc/st2. Therefore, if you want to get admitted, you must work very hard to be selected.
To be eligible, candidates must have finished at least three years of college after finishing their 10+2 coursework in any stream—B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., or another. Furthermore, degrees that adhere to the 10+2+3+n pattern are also recognised.
