A best experience of college u can get

      Verified Review
      College Infrastructure

Good infrastructure, has most of the equipment required. Nice place, good location, and really well planned infrastructure. A good institute for learning new skills and software applications in a professional field.

      Academics

Good teaching and teachers. Teachers make sure all get their concepts clear and clear any doubts if the students have any. The keep us updated about the new technologies that come up in the information field.

      Placements

There are many companies coming to pick students and get them placed. Also teachers guide us in the procedure. If more companies could come with higher package and more demand of students would be preferred.

      Value for Money

The cost is a bit high as most of the students are unable to access to many features. It is fine but many poor but deserving students would not be able to facilitate these facilities. If the price be reduced would really help.

      Campus Life

Great campus, good facilities. Big area with two buildings, including gym, badminton court, two grounds, basketball courts, football turf and so on. It is really a good place to learn and experience a college life

      Others

Overall good college. Has most of the facilities and features of other good colleges. Good teaching staff, good facilities and overall a perfect college. Students should make most of these facilities. Great experience.

      Placements

Placements are good to you if you have 6.5 CGPA and Up or else still Company with low CGPA will hire but it will be non - tech but you are so practical so you may have Chance for high package placements even if you have less CGPA

      College Infrastructure

The college has all the facilities that are required for the students for better learning environment. Library is decent. We have computer labs and 24×7 WiFi on every floor, a proper canteen with good food.

      Academics

I'm currently pursuing Computer Engineering. We have good experienced professors who teach well and provide adequate notes. Curriculum is up-to-date where professors groom each and every student for the work environment.

      Placements

The college is known for good placements among all the engineering colleges in Mumbai. Students are offered good packages from companies and almost 90% of the students who wait for placements get placed.

      Value for Money

The fee for the courses are okayish as the college takes a little more money than other colleges but according to the learning and knowledge provided in the course that a student takes, the money is kind of worth it.

      Campus Life

Campus life is amazing the college not only focuses on academics but also the extra curricular activities like sports, fests. We have many technical and non-technical teams where students can engage themselves in.

      Others

Best college life and good memories only!

      College Infrastructure

The college classroom is furnished in a spartan but comfortable fashion, enabling students to focus on their studies effortlessly. The labarotories are well stocked with all the equipment one needs to conduct experiments. WiFi facility is available throughout the campus and video projector facility is available in all classrooms. The professors are strict, but still friendly and helpful. Sports facilities are available like an astro-turf, swimming pool, basket ball court and badminton court.

      Academics

The academic atmosphere is excellent and several tests and retests are conducted on a regular basis. The college is very strict about academics, some would say too strict, but it works fine for me and many others. I'm studying Mechanical Engineering, and the curriculum is highly updated, with recent innovations being covered by weekly guest lectures

      Placements

The highest placements go upto 12 lpa for the computer science field. In most other fields, the highest placements are 6-7 lpa, with 4 lpa being the average package. Most of the students appearing for placements get placed.

      Value for Money

The course costs 1.5 lpa per year. With regular mentoring and instructions, yes, I find my course to be offering good value for money.

      Campus Life

The location is well placed, close to Vashi railway station and very close to Vashi bus depot. While the location and campus facilities are sufficient, many consider the college to be extremely discipline-oriented, and thus, can't enjoy student life to the fullest.

Why did i take this college

      College Infrastructure

The play field can't be used by students, the swimming pool is some 1-2 km away and that too we have to pay for membership and also its like 2 days a week is thr or maybe 1 ....The library has unnecessary restrictions like you cant use your phone even if the ppt or notes etc is in thr and also many books are very old version and in bad shape....The canteen looks like a post apocalyptic metro refugee camp... The food is overpriced and isn't worth the money....

      Academics

The classroom, lab are fine... But teaching staff except a few are very bad... And like many other engineering college in india this college too prepares ypu for the exam and not engineering....we are given unnecessary and extra assignment, retest , reprelim and what not and we don't get much time for self study, extra activities may it be learning a new skill or simply enjoying ..... the college more attention to stupid writeup n stuff instead of actually helpful skills etc

      Placements

Placement are also very bad and the placement incharge have the attitude that we can only bring the company but going in is upto you....like yh but you guys haven't prepared us in a proper way too you don't give us time for anything apart from your stupid write up and assignment like yh other colleges do have that but these guys give us a lot more and like basically this college is worst in every damn aspect

      Value for Money

I guess for 1st it was approx 70,000 and 2nd year it was 1.5 lac but not atall worth it .... We aren't allowed to use the play field, pool, teachers are bad at teaching, we have to pay extra for the journal sheet, journal cover etc... Like worthless college

      Campus Life

All they care about is that they get the assignment and if you get less marks then retest, reprelim etc like if we get less in tutorial we have retest in it and we have to slove the whole paper and extra questions infront of maam so we don't have time for the next paper so we get another retest and so on rhe same with prelim and we dont get time to study for the final and so stidents get kt and also internal marks they give are worth sht

      Others

Don't waste your time and money here the college has unnecessary attitude as if they are the best and they don't give attention to extra curricular activities all they care about is their assignments and theory ....some teachers are good but most are very bad.... This college sucks but won't accept and will be naive n like its students fault their not studying even if you tell HOD about the problems he/she wont accept their fault but will be of the mindset its students fault.... Worst college

Fr. C. Rodrigues Institute of Technology, Navi Mumbai

      College Infrastructure

Yes, it has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. The classrooms of the old building are a bit congested but the new building (Annex) classroom is spacious, and well equipped with Audio Visuals. We have a badminton court at the 7 Floor of the new building and a garden. The laboratories are well maintained and we are provided with Wifi facilities also.

      Academics

Many of the teachers in the college are with 5-6 years of experience and they are very enthusiastic and very dynamic. The teachers are very strict in discipline and very punctual. I have been studying here for the last 2 years then too I have never got free lectures and only days on which we are left early are the day before exams. The curriculum is not updated as my college is affiliated with Mumbai University but my college arranges many seminars, workshops, etc for the exposure to the industr

      Placements

I am a placement coordinator so I can tell you better than the placement quality is good as compared to other colleges because our college provides quality candidates to recruiters. The highest salary package was given to an IT student that was around 7.5L yearly. The average salary offered is around 4-5 Lakhs for Comps and IT and 3-4Lakhs for Mech. The college is supportive only you are good at studies their simple policy is "Study First".

      Value for Money

I am a Mechanical Engineering Student so the course cost is around 1.4 Lakh per year. Due to the quality of education, a student gets it is average for the value-for-money because of their policy of "Study First", one student is not able to showcase his/her talent in Projects and many times the student has to support himself by money to make the project.

      Campus Life

The college campus is not for the students studying out there because the students are not allowed to seat their or bunk lectures if he or she wants to. There are weekly tests and assignments given as per the University Guidelines. The crowd there is amazing, and support staff too is good. The location of Technical Education Complex is also good and the accommodations are also plenty. There are enough activities for students who want to participate and developed there skills.

      Others

The overall rating is Good because despite having such a climate out there many students every year come out with flying colors and because of such atmosphere of the college one student knows how will the industry will treat the candidate. Though everyone hates discipline in life college like this inculcates the discipline for which we were used to when we were kids. "Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishments".
