Galgotias has a well defined and structured placement cells which plans very well in advance how to go about the student’s placements. Students can enrol themselves in the placement drives in order to be notified about all the related companies coming to the college for placements.

The college’s placement cell sends out emails or gets in touch with a prospective company in order to conduct placement drives every year. 

STAGE 1

Firstly, the placement cell contacts various recruiters through mail and sends them all the necessary documents such as placement brochure along with the invitation letter.

STAGE 2

Recruiters interested in conducting the Galgotias placement drive accept the invitation and confirm their presence on the date of the drive.

STAGE 3

Candidates interested in participating in the Galgotias placement drive have to register for the recruitment drive and submit the required documents that will be used during the recruitment process. 

STAGE 4

Companies visit the campus on the dates as decided mutually by the recruiters and the placement cell and deliver a pre-placement talk in order to make them aware of the basic policies followed by the company and all the doubts of the students are addressed after the formal session.

STAGE 5

Students have to qualify the various selection tests, group discussion, technical interview and HR interview conducted by the recruiters in order to be eligible for the final selection.

STAGE 6

Candidates qualifying all the selection tests, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) are finally selected and are offered jobs.
