MCA	Candidates should have passed the Bachelor's Degree examination in any discipline and must have passed Mathematics at 10+2 level and should have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks for the SC/ ST category candidates).

GIET Khordha also offers admission in the B.Tech programme through the Lateral Entry for which the candidates should have passed the three year diploma examination (two year in case of Lateral entry Diploma) in Engineering with at least 45% marks (40% marks for the SC/ST category candidates) or must have passed the B.Sc Degree examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks for the ST/SC category candidates) and must have passed 12th standard with Mathematics subject.

College Infrastructure

We have a infrastructure worth talking about. We have hostel accomodation for both boys and girls. The mess food is nice and we have a cafe too and a stationary is also there. Best playgrounds there in campus.

Dear aspirant,

As per your rank and considering you are from sc category let me tell you that you stand fair chances of getting giet college Rajahmundry but there are various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

But on a general basis cut off won't vary much because due to the covid -19 pandemic not much students have applied for it.

which college is best giet engineering college Or aditya engineering college, surampalem?

Hello,

According to me, Aditya Engineering College is better than GIET Engineering College.

Aditya Engineering College is approved by NAAC as well as AICTE whereas GIET is approved only by AICTE.

Aditya Engineering College has more facilities like Library, gym, cafeteria, hostel, sports complex, hospital, wifi, labs etc whereas the GIET Engineering College has only minimal facilities, it has no extra facilities like gym, wifi etc.

The placement of Aditya Engineering College is better than that of GIET with 50% placements. The highest package is 6lpa and the median salary is 3lpa and some of the top recruiters are Infosys, Wipro, HCl etc and the placements are improving year by year. Whereas the placements of GIET are near about 40%. with highest package of 4 to 5 lpa and average CTC of 3lpa.

So, overall it can be seen than Aditya Engineering College is much better than GIET Engineering College. So you should choose Aditya Engineering College in my opinion.
